I've done 2 games at The Vic this season, i've seen 21 goals, 18 for Bromsgrove. I've gone a year at VP and not seen that many!

How good was Adama today?

Shame he never got a proper chance here...very much the right player at the wrong time.

He's probably getting some decent coaching.

He was something else.  That's what we hoped we would see. Can he keep it up?

Well we want Boro's assistant manager so maybe he could tempt Adama back!

He looked superb today, pretty sure if Bruce had been in charge, he wouldn't have let him leave.

Looked considerably slimmer as well.

Let's see him stay fit or do it for an extended period of time. And towards the end of the season when Boro are fighting for their PL lives lets see if he is even playing. The one thing that drove me nuts when we did get to see him was his unwillingness to fight to get the ball back. Often when it was he who lost it. He won't get the most out of his career if he is viewed as a luxury item.

Actually last season at home to Bournemouth when we were 2 down with 10 minutes left and the rest of them wanted to get off the pitch as quickly as possible, the ball went out for a goal kick and Adama went and got the ball back as quickly as possible to put it on the spot for the kick to be taken.

Only a little thing but it stuck in my mind that he does have fight in him.

I just think it was scandalous he never started a league game for us, we're talking an era where Westwood has started 100 odd games for us.

Carles Gil has just come on as a sub for Deportivo. Perhaps another case of the right player at the wrong time. At least he's only on loan to them and I hope he comes good.

That goal against Bournemouth was class.

There's an agreed fee, so either he's rubbish and they don't sign him (which is bad) or he's great and they sign him (which would be a shame). So there isn't really an upside for us.

He must be the player with the greatest overall quality of goal for us. Bournemouth, Leicester and Sunderland - all were great.

Bugger, forgot about the agreed fee.

Boo's ring round the Etihad at half time, after they've had a start of 6 wins from 8 and + 11 GD. Bollocks set of fanny fans they are now.
