Afternoon, gents.

Big question of the day is what's happened to the boys on the Cheltenham party bus?

I wonder too Rudy did the puncture get fixed, was it sabotage, was it flat all around or just at the bottom

You could safely say that of everyone involved within the club who turned up to this game today, from players, "management" and coaching team, that more than half of who's here today won't be seen here again after the season draws to a close. There's not one I'll be disappointed to see the back of, and there's a lot who I'll be genuinely delighted never to see again. Fuck the fuckers.

Just noticed the nearest club to us in the table, Norwich, are going to finish with double the points we have.

Arsenal had the ball out of play in the build-up to the goal so it shouldn't have stood according to Jacqui Oatley on BBC.

It's a conspiracy to get Villa relegated. The bastards.

Yup - on the replay it was clearly over the line and should have been a goal kick. Doesn't excuse the pathetic defending that followed mind

Hopefully there are relegation clauses in place to make it easier to get shot of them.

Arsenal showing today exactly why they'll never win the Premiership again under Wenger. Too much fannying around and they've almost gifted us two goals. We should be dead and buried by now. They're not interested in murdering shit teams, which they really should be. Bloody tarquins. I don't know where this myth comes from that they're somehow brilliant to watch.

They should have won the title this year, considering their team and the expenditure on it.

This season, without Man U, Chelsea and to a lesser extent, Liverpool, to deal with represents a big failure for Wenger in my eyes.

They bummed us to death in the cup final a year ago. Perhaps they're just a good cup side now.

Hopefully Flabby (who's fit, available, but interestingly not there today) gets a 50% drop in wages so we can just get shot of him for a lot less than it would have cost us this season

I'm fortunate enough not to have seen us play for a few weeks but caught most of the first half.

Breathtaking in it's ineptitude, lack of application, dithering incompetance, clueless puzzled decision making and piss weak approach to the simple game of football.

Other than that I thought we did ok.

Grealish

I was asked at work, apropos of nothing - I had literally just sat down in my chair at work in the morning and I hadn't even turned my computer on - why did I think Grealish was a good player, because in that albion supporters opinion he was a crap player playing for a shit team.

I asked why Pulis can't get albion's best player to play and keeps benching him. The answer? We play pragmatic football, as you should if you want to stay in the Prem - no time for a luxury player. Either there has been a big, big change in attitudes down at the stripeys or they're suffering from Stockholm Syndrome.

Black is getting paid decent wonga so I don't suppose he's too bothered about the outcome of the game. Plus if we aren't taken over he will get a massive pay rise and be in charge next season.
