looking at the bench, the midfield late in the game could be a problem if Sanchez fades it someone gets injured.

Black protecting the youngsters doesn't quite extend to playing Richards instead against a side with Ozil, Sanchez, Giroud, Cazorla and Wiltshire running at them. Says all you need to know about Richards though.
