Eric Black oozes misery. How on earth could he ever inspire anyone?

I think it is Woodhall for keeping his intricate knowledge of our potential sale under his hat.

As far as I'm concerned, we were down when Black took over. The fact he didn't replace the squad with U21s was due to the potential impact on the younger players.

There was fuck all that could be done with what he inherited. I'd say almost the same for Garde, though in my view Hollis realised we were fucked and decided not to throw good money after bad.
