He should be dismissed with immediate effect for deliberately not doing his job. At best a coward, at worst a sadist.
To be fair, he has had nothing to do with the free fall of the club at all, has been in the door 5 mins, was asked to step up knowing full well he isn't going to be the new manager and he is going to oversee relegation, and is likely taking orders from above re what team to pick. Not bothered whether he goes or stays - not the source of the problem, not even close to it!

Perhaps the reaction by some on here is a good reason not to appoint the new manager until the season is finished
