I'm not going to be the one to tell my son that he has to get up early on a Saturday, miss his football training and not get home until 10.30pm to see less than an hour of the match, no matter how tempting it may be.

I just hope the crowd demonstrate support for Garde.

I think we should get behind the team for the 90 minutes Saturday, any protest shouldn't get in the way of us. We need 3 points, being 7 behind Norwich who are 17th would just about keep the season alive.
This.

The reaction was good today as the Holte got behind the team continually for the first 15 minutes and then, apart from the odd lull, throughout the match.

Well done the Lower Trinity in the corner for getting into it late in the second half - now if the rest of the ground would like to join in (with a nod to Lower Witton by the away fans who always seem to be up for it) it might sound quite good.

Just give us something to cheer and we will do the rest!

Ha, looks like I got a bit carried away. I think the awful weather meant people weren't in the mood for much dissent plus we never really looked in danger of losing.

There was certainly no dissent today.

We just want to see the effort put in. I think most people have accepted that we are going down, and have made dozens of mistakes the last few years that we are paying fully for but if we go down with a fight, even if we are shit, then they're still our team.

No dissent whatsoever.

Why? Because the effort was there from each and one.

Football is a funny game.  If you are at the bottom, fans want to see their team fight.  If you are mid-table, fans want to see entertainment.  If you are near the top, fans want to see their team win in any way they can.

There would have been dissent if the team had not performed - the general opinion from those around me seemed to be get behind them from the start and see what happens

I think our fans are smart enough to see that this manager is the most honest and erudite we have had in many years. That's there's no bullshit, he says it like it is and has slowly but surely mobilized the team with very few new resources to a side that is far more compact and resolute. We can get behind that as fans. That ultimately we are angry for him but that isn't going to do anyone any good now. The best thing is to follow the managers example and simply get behind the team to whatever the end is.

I do think if Lescott hadn't scored they'd have been booed off at HT as frustration were starting to set into the Holte, not that it matters much now.

With every single game I think you can see the effect remi has on the team there seems to be improvement in every player
"Remi gardes claret and blue army"
Just like the four tops song

"Don't walk away remi"

Not sure we would have booed this time PWS - frustrated but not too shit before we scored
If Narch had taken a couple of their half chances then it would have been very different!
