We should do something with those bloody scarves. A mass burning perhaps??
Agree with this, but maybe not the burning!

It should be arranged that everyone takes 'that' scarf to a home game and all throw them onto the pitch.

I came accross.my scarf the other day having a clear out. I did  chuckle when I saw it. A mass throw on the pitch would.be good.

I think that what happened on Saturday is the best way to protest. I was really shocked at the 23,000 attendance. Gates like that and lower for remaining fixtures will tell the story much more persuasively.

Apathy is a strong tool.

I've drifted away from Villa Park over the past few years, gone from having a season ticket for over 15 years running and travelling down from Manchester for every game to only going to a handful of games a season and even then mainly for social reasons. I'm probably the embodiment of an empty Villa Park seat.

Looking at the headlines as the transfer window was about to close last night and seeing that, rather than having signed a striker at the last minute to give us a flicker of a chance of staying up, the only man to have both a footballing brain and a key to an office at Villa Park is on the verge of quitting knocked all the apathy right out of me. I'm not convinced it's the right course of action but I've got every sympathy with people who want to turn up and invade the pitch rather than protest by going down the garden centre. I certainly think showing the world that we care means more than letting them think we don't.

I always look forward to my trips to Villa Park with my son, if he wasn't a Villa supporter I wouldn't go if truth be told, although I'm looking forward to the day out with him I can see the actual match itself being the least enjoyable part of the day once again. I'm not sure there will be any protests such is the apathy surrounding the club, not a dig at fellow supporters but it's almost as if we've been beaten down and come to expect it.

I like the idea of a white flag protest.

Yep or white underpants...

Will greyey/white with hints of yellow and brown do?

In my eyes now Lerner, Fox and the rest of the cronies are enemies of the club and major barriers between us rebuilding back the name we held in the game. They all must go.

mate im villa through and through ive come on here because im fucking fed up and i get this bollocks your worse than the ****** in charge

He's quoted the wrong post, the one he was intending to quote appears to suggest that he might actually be a supporter of another team.

The protest with white flags are a great idea but I don't believe anyone should go onto the pitch not even our fucking players

A really powerful statement would be a gate of sub 20,000

Which won't happen because i'm pretty sure we have more than 20,000 ST holders.

Calling me to the post... Did someone mention a dirty protest? All for that, obviously. And a round of the 'Allo 'Allo theme tune, of course. As you were.

This with brass knobs on .
Hundreds of these being thrown on the pitch as a game kicks off would be a good statment from the supporters .
