Anyone here suggesting a pitch invasion is the way to go is a complete moron

Now if I was the bed wetting, hand wringing type, I'd be running to the mods to get you banned. There's room enough for all opinions in this thread.
Agreed, and I have given mine

You keep boycotting the Bovril stalls and tutting from the Trinity - see how much of that Randy can bear before he cracks.
I like my Bovril too much

Is the atmosphere on Saturday going to be mutinous? I think the majority of fans have had all the fight kicked out of them and are just punch drunk and numb now.

I like Lerner's wikipedia page, already got to by someone.

"Thought to be the worst chairman in Aston Villa history with a poor record and not a single trophy to his name."

and Occupation - "Gutless Coward"

Its reputation for inaccuracy in its early years is no longer justified.

Depends on what happens on the pitch. I think if we go a goal down and are losing at half time, big numbers in the Holte will start to make their feelings towards Lerner n co known.

Agree with Richard E it is difficult to feel anything but numb and give up, but we can't, we must show some fight, Lerner is going no where and just happy to let the club decline further. I have had a season ticket for 30 years, I really do not want to renew but unless the majority all take the stance of not renewing its pointless. We have to find a way to hit back and force them out, worry with that is what could we be letting ourselves in for if they sell on the cheap!!!  The only peaceful way is to hit their pockets

I like the idea of a white flag protest.

Yep or white underpants...

Easy Chris just tell then we are playing away, they would not know where we are playing unless someone holds their hands from their 5 star hotel room till they get on the coach, hijack the coach and drive around the M25 for 3 hours, they will be too busy listening to their Bosh speakers and playing snap for 200 quid a game.

Was told the other day they overheard Hollis ask Fox what time the KO was against Leicester and he said 3PM. Apparently this had to be rapidly revised when it was pointed out it was 5:30PM.

Merchandise/programs/booze for me as while the team, although dying on its feet, isn't down yet.

Its also got to be undertaken by the vast majority. Not a few.

Is that what you would do at your clubs home games?

In my eyes now Lerner, Fox and the rest of the cronies are enemies of the club and major barriers between us rebuilding back the name we held in the game. They all must go.

Mentions on Twitter of possible pitch invasions every game. WBA cost Lerner £200k. Hit him in the place he only cares about, his wallet

Stupid, irresponsible and ineffective.

Yes, that'll be clever. Do they not understand that it won't be his money paid out and it won't be fines more than once?

To be fair what else are the authorities going to do?

Dock us points?  What a difference that'll make.
Kick us out of the league?  We're doing that just fine without the Premier League's help.
Close parts of the ground?  The Board will probably do that anyway soon as part of their next money saving scheme.

It's got to the point of not mattering really.  The Board don't give a shit about the consequences so why should the fans?

Go ahead and act like a Bluenose idiot. They used to be very good at pitch invasions.

I have form Kuwait.  I have a police record for being arrested as a youth and banged up in Steelhouse Lane for pulling down some of the fence around Aston Park to have a fire in Trinity Rd when we were queueing for semi final tickets all night and freezing our bollocks off.  I will send Damon's boys they all have the pyromania gene.
Classic - when was that

Yep or white underpants...

Waving white hankies as we wipe away the tears of utter frustration while watching our club become an even bigger embarrassment.
