If we can break this pair before they do too much more there doesn't look likely to be a huge number of runs in the tail.  The lesson appears to be that it plays a bit easier once the ball softens a little so when we get back in our first job is to see off a big chunk of overs without losing wickets., not easy for our top order unfortunately.

Beginning to look like Middlesex will be the Champions anyway.

Durham have lost a 4th but up to 136/4 meaning it was a big partnership.  If Collingwood and Stokes can get something together they should, if nothing else, avoid the follow on which will be a big positive for us.

Well bowled Mr Barker.

If we can get 200 I reckon we should be ok.

And there's a the last wicket for the bears, a lead of 67 at halfway and all 3 bowling points in the bag meaning we've dropped 3 all season, that's pretty impressive and should really have led to us fighting things out at the other end.

Our game has go0ne exactly as I expected, just frustrating that Durham seem to be determined to fuck things up in that game.  137/5 now, Collingwood for a duck.
