Only just realised it's a 10:30, rather than 11:00am start.

We never win the toss.

Barker injured? Aside from tomorrow I see Stokes bowled for Durham. Will Woakes be released for the Lancs game? It's such an important match. I won't be too happy if he's kept out.
Bears have already been told that they can't play him. I daresay Durham were allowed to play Stokes because he has missed so much cricket through injury of late.

Surrey batting ...that's a good decision for the Bears.

Outstanding bowling figures with exception of Rikki who bowled at start when Surrey tried to dominate in powerplay.
Woakes took a bit of tap then as well with Surrey going at 7 an over. Got control and that was that. Figures are:

Clarke   3   0   24   0
Woakes 9.1 2 24   3
Wright   6    1  17   1
Javid    5    0   15   2
OHD     8   0   27   2
Patel    9    1   28   2

OHD was absolutely outstanding in the first half dozen of his spell. Quality stuff.
We all now what Bears are capable of with bat in hand!!!

As I said, not a bad toss to lose because teams always seem to think Lords will be good to bat first on and sometimes it just isn't.

I thought Wright turned it around and Woakes bowled better then. Ball would have gone softer after the opening power play, making it tougher for batting.

You Bears

Great win, top bowling and a lovely knock from Trott, just need the Villa to win now.

What a great win and a wonderful performance from our attack.

OHD deserves huge credit, he gets real stick on here but showed again today that in crunch games he can be relied on.

It was really nice to see the players go into the crowd after the presentation ceremony. I think the game has lost something by preventing the fans from getting on the pitch at the end.

Did anyone else think that the trophy looked cheap and nasty? It reminded me of one of those plastic subbuteo replicas that you used to be able to buy.
