Not good news on Rankin. How long is Hain out for? At least Woakes is back for the cup game today.

Just seen a 'catch' that was taken by a Lancashire player to dismiss Hodd. Hope the ECB take action, most blatant piece of cheating I've ever seen by a cricketer.

Is there a link to that Chris? I'd like to see it.

The Bears quarter final is on Five Live Sports Extra from 10.45.

As good as Clive Eakin is, I hope that they do get a couple of the main commentators from the TMS team in alongside him. The county commentaries are informative but do get a little staid at times!

If you have Twitter, take a look at @timbresnan, somebody sent him a video link. Evidently the guy claimed a catch last year at Headingley that was very doubtful too.

Just watched it again, even if they were playing one hand, one bounce it wouldn't have been a catch.

Thanks, what a dubious catch. In a high profile game like a Roses match you can understand why he tried it on but really video evidence should be available. There are that many analysts attached to county squads these days, every ball is filmed.

It didn't alter the course of the match but if a Yorkshire player tried to claim that id be embarrassed, it's not even one of those where the fielder can't be certain whether they caught it cleanly!

The Bears are playing three spinners and they're using the pitch that they used in the test match. We won the toss and are batting.

SR Hain, IJL Trott, IR Bell*, LJ Evans, TR Ambrose†, CR Woakes, R Clarke, A Javid, JS Patel, CJC Wright, JE Poysden

Pears on sky with Mo back in the side, hopefully he will be that extra experienced head in the batting order that we have been lacking for a couple of months - Kohler-Cadmore hasn't been able to buy a run in red ball last 2-3 games (or white ball today!!) but when the option is Kervezee who has flattered to deceive for years it's great to see Mo!

Wow! Looks decidedly iffy

Angles were better than those for Hales dismissal in test

That 'catch' really is a shocker, the guy should be ashamed of himself.

Good to see that whatever kept Hain out was only a short term thing and he was fit to play today.  Unfortunately he's gone for 18 in the 8th with bears 41/1

Sky might be looking for 'classics' to show this afternoon, the dominoes have started to fall again!
