134/6. Another batting failure. Seriously need new blood in the batting department in the close season before next April.

Very good recovery from Bell and Barker by the look of it, stand of 83 with a 50 for Barker.

I knew I shouldn't have said anything, Bell and Barker both gone in the space of 10 balls and we're 204-8.

After we went 99-3 to 101-6 I reckon you'd be pretty happy with that though.

247 all out. So it's down to a single innings each now.

Credit where it's due that's a fantastic recovery.

Barker to the rescue yet again. At least a draw seems unlikely now which is a relief.

Root, Bairstow and Ballance are able to play in the one dayer and T20, would rather have them for the Championship.

Only taken one wicket this morning, OHD got Burns out LBW. Surrey are 112-2 at lunch.

Surrey 112 for 2 at lunch. OHD took the wicket and was the most effective bowler of the session, generating swing into the left hander from the Pavilion end. Wasn't doing much for Patel, which is worrying.

250-4 at tea. Unless something miraculous happens in the evening session the game is slipping away from us.

Two quick wickets after tea, with both Roy and Sangakkara gone. 264-6, lead of 269.

A 7th wicket stand of 102 in 17 overs from Davis & Curran has took the game away from us. Surrey 390 all out with the Bears facing a tricky few overs tonight. There's no way we will get anywhere near that total and on current form will struggle to get a draw. Especially as we're 1-1, Westwood is back in the pavilion.

2-1 at stumps, only 394 more runs needed......
