I wish I could watch as much cricket as you.

I think you might be my hero.

I wish Sky would put some live county cricket on.  The current schedule is:
sky sports 1: premier league years 1995/96
sky sports 2: Live Women's T20 Eng-Pak
sky sports 3: Grand Final Gold 2007
sky sports 4: World Golf Championship
sky sports 5: sky sports years-1993

So of 5 sports channels only 1 is live and 1 other is showing content from this year.  2 are showing content that's over 20 years old.  I don't have  a problem with some old content but sky sports is a joke in the week.

Life sometimes is a bitch ...lol
Just missed Broad being bowled for 46 by Parkinson with Notts on 454/8 now. Turned away to watch a Wingfield boundary
followed by Tammy Beaumont falling LBW
England 19/1 3 overs

Other Div 1 scores
Hants 472 Durham 234/3 65.3
Yorks 406 Middx 263/4 90.3

Eurosport will have some live pro-celebrity yachting or a bit of 4x4 bobsleigh relay racing surely?

It's this, the Caribbean T20 competition.

Not proper cricket then.

Been confirmed today the news that i think we already knew, that the club have said today that former skipper Varun Chopra is to
leave Edgbaston at the end of the season when his current contract expires.

So the rumours were true then:

http://www.espncricinfo.com/county-cricket-2016/content/story/1032451.html

It seemed to me that he lost the dressing room at the end of last season. Bell's exile from the test side opened the door for a new captain and so I think it's a mistake to let Chopra leave, if a player wants out then why stand in their way? No doubt there's a lot of what went on we know nothing about.

It was rumoured  that he was meeting up with Essex officials over the course of last 3 days whilst down at Guildford plus with
Notts when they were recently at Edgbaston. I wish him well wherever he ends up.

Unfortunately Lancs making an excellent fist of saving the game at Trent Bridge currently on:
103/ 0     95 behind

Yorks 406 Middx 436/6 Stevie Eskinazi 157....a young SA born22 yr Australian keeper making his way in English cricket. A cert for England team then!!

Hants 472/9 Durham 394/9 107.3

Leic 407 & 130/2  Worc 349

Lancs finally lose a wkt 151/1 still 47 behind...a draw methinks
Others
Hants 472 & 34/1 Durham 421
Yorks 406 & 8/0 Middx 577
Both of the above also likely to be draws so Bears have made considerable ground with their win.
Leic 407 & 248/2 Worc 349

I think Yorkshire will lose, the battting line up is considerable weaker for this match and they've already lost two wickets including that of Williamson who, if anything, has weakened us since he joined.

65/4, top order out, 106 runs behind. We're doomed.
