Yorkshire won only their second Roses match in 25 years, having been 29/4 in the first innings it was a great comeback with the lower order once again getting runs and Bresnan contributing with bat and ball in his first game of the season.

My other half is from over the border and was taking the piss when Yorkshire were struggling, she now knows to wait until both sides have had a bat.

Gloucestershire win. 135-5 at tea. This pair put on nearly 200 in the final session. Jack Taylor 107 not out and Klinger 102 including a four and a six to win it.

Ha ha. David Lloyd was giving it large during the Test Match during the early stages of the Roses game.

Always White over Red!

By the way, this Yoooouu beeeaaars or whatever it is, is as sad as hearing Boing Boing at the Albion..

There is nothing in English sport that comes anywhere close to being as annoying as the Exeter tomahawk chop bullshit in the rugby, I really dislike the entire club purely on the basis of that utterly wanky chant.
I went to Sandy Park for semi final,80 minutes of it is enough to kill.

Doesn't surprise me, I haven't seen all that much of them in the last couple of seasons because I hate watching sport with no sound (it's surreal) but having the sound on irritates me far too quickly to watch for long.  The missus tells me off if I put one of their games on now because she didn't like having to tell the kids to ignore me calling the fans a bunch of inbred morons.

Back down to earth with a bang for the Pears Losing to their other local rivals at home after looking nailed on for a win. This young Jack Taylor  of Gloucester sounds exciting and one for the future .Could we send them Porterfield back in exchange for him ?

Nice to see they enforce the rules in the Championship. A shame the ICC are so chicken when it comes to disciplining international slingers.

Mixed for the Pears last couple of days, Glos did a great job chasing in last session but excellent come back tonight vs Yorks.  3 from 3 in t20
