Good to see Hain get a few runs, he's been needing something like this.
Indeed, hopefully it can kick start his season, if Porterfield can get a few as well I'm sure he will be a shoe-in for the next CC game in place of Westwood mk2.

We nearly went for 2 maidens in first 2 overs which in T20 is obviously very rare.
Happened this year in IPL when Gujurat Lions failed to score in first 2 overs against Sunrisers.
The batsmen being a certain Brendon McCallum & Dwayne Smith

I'm going to stick my neck out here and say that overall Ronchi will give us more this season than McCullum did last year. I think it's a very good signing indeed.

Clarke in for Gordon next week for me. He was due to play tonight and was a late change for whatever reason.

Happy with the Pears / Rapids - 127 from Tom Kohler Cadmore was v apt on the day it was announced Tom Fell had the all clear from cancer - TKC was the team mate who raised 5k having his head shaved!  5-28 for Joe Leach was great too.

Young lads are doing great for Worcs this year!

Excellent win! What happened to Clarke? We need his economical bowling - most dot balls in last year's competition. Gordon is too erratic - his 58 off 4 figures almost cost us the game.
