Quote from: django on January 19, 2016, 11:21:28 PMThere was a point towards the end of the first half where Ayew won the ball, was tackled, knocked to the ground won it back, was tackled again and then won it back and laid it off. All the while Grealish was stood a foot away uninvolved.Really strange what's happening with Grealish. Think it's a lack of confidence like most of our players, they just defer to each other rather than taking responsibility. A team with Ayews attitude and we'd be fine.We need to be careful with Grealish. Yes he's having a bad time, but given the number of players we've let go, only to see them shine at other clubs where their managed properly, is that a risk we should take?

At least we go into the Olyon game on the back of a win.Be great to beat them.

Quote from: CJ on January 19, 2016, 10:54:36 PMWell we made very hard work of that. Wycombe worked hard and pressed well but we really should have made a more comfortable job of it. Can't be arsed to give player ratings but one player I'll pick out - Jack Grealish. When Garde came in I said Jack would have to prove his worth rather than get picked on his reputation, but he's completely lost his way. Whether it's Billy Big Bollocks mentality or loss of confidence I don't know, but he needs to get his head down and work - maybe on loan - or he'll just be another in the line of our next big hope playing lower league football.I think I'd send Grealish on loan. Preferably to the biggest shithole in the Championship/Div 1 (bar the Blues, no-one deserves that) so he can see what's going to happen to his career unless he pulls his socks up.
