I think they're as shit as us and I'm going for a scrappy one goal win.

Fuck it. I'd stick Gil up front with Grealish and Veretout behind. Might as well attempt to stay in the league.

That wouldn't work. Saw it in one of the home games when he had a chance to go clean through, any decent defender would deal with him easily imo. If we're going to try that sort of stuff I'd stick Adama up top. He's greedy as fuck, isn't going to get knocked off the ball, can dribble and if put through nobody is catching him.

I'm not sure how good his finishing is but it's probably better than JustHead's.

I still think Sunderland will stay up. They'll beat us, and I think Allardyce will have something up his sleeve to keep them up.

I think Sunderland will go as well the other teams , the promoted teams this season are much better they as a squad like us are suffering from years of fighting the drop.

1-1. Both own goals.

I give in ever predicting or suggesting a preferred line up again. It is futile.

I'm with you. Villa victory and then we're a point behind Sunderland.
The fightback begins.

                                               Bunn

Richards                                  Okore                          Lescott

Traore          Bacuna               Sanchez      Veretout               Gil

                                               Kozak

5 defenders/5 attackers

Villa have to win.

Allons-y mes braves !!!

New Year/New chances

Happy New Year   :) :) :)

4-4-2 with Adama in alongside Gestede for me.

We have no options in midfield, Veretout, Gana pick themselves. I would like to see Lyden given a run in there with them, and Gardner must be fit!?Gil starts we lose!

Richards right back, Okore,Lescott, Bacuna.

God we have a poor squad.

The only thing Allardyce can have up his sleeve that could keep Sunderland up is a stash of viagra.
