Who's going to stop us going down to League 1 this time?

Not convinced it will be Garde.

It doesn't have so be, so please, less of the hyperbolistic nonsense.

Perhaps it is over the top but do you honestly think our decline will end with relegation this season or will the club "bounce back" next season?
You know it wasn't so long ago many on here were responding to fans relegation fears with the "hyperbole" retort. Do you trust the club to turn it around?

I don't know what next season will bring, no idea who will still be here, so I'm making no predictions but I do know that saying the current squad would go down again is absolutely ridiculous.

At least we don't have to worry about having our good players poached.

We've got one or two decent ones. Ayew looks good at least.

It wouldn't bother me if every single one of them never played for us again, Ayew has done well but I have no affinity with any of them, they just remind me of the least enjoyable time of my life as a Villa fan.

This is worse.

Low point of 86/87 for me was Charlton away at Selhurst Park, 3-0 humping, we were abysmal, sadly we look as bad as that week in week out right now.

I agree with that but unfortunately we've been replacing our better players with poorer ones for the last five and a half years, so imagine the crap we'd replace this motley crew with.
