Part of our problem is shifting out the deadwood to make room (financially) for new signings, as well as convincing players to join us.
Only players that have been frozen out of PL (or foreign equivalent) squads,  or who are currently in the championship or lower would seriously consider joining us.
Plus nobody seems interested in taking Gabby, N'Zog, etc' off our hands, so we are stuck.

It's hardly surprising - given that they were both awarded extended, lucrative contracts: and did sod-all to deserve them (and now just do sod-all). Some folk will blame that on MON for that fab bit o' business too, no doubt...
