The only thing about that article that is definitely true is where he says we are looking for very cheap options. Sums up Randy's last five years.

The thing with that is you don't have to spend big to get out of the championship. You need a striker that will score a lot of goals, a couple of tricky, pacey wide players, a couple of very tough tackling midfielders and a a couple of big dominant centre halves. And a keeper that is reliable. Where they come from is not really important. Players like Nathan Dyer from Swansea were sensational at that level, or the likes of Wilson and Gray at Burnley, Afobe at Wolves. Basically forwards with a bit of pace and will score plenty, just got to keep them out. Being able to defend is what sets the sides at the top out from the ones in the play offs this season.

They cost money whatever level they are at.  Didn't Fulham pay the best part of £12m for Ross McCormack?  I get what you mean though - the likes of Cameron Jerome and David Nugent have been prolific during their time in the Championship.

I see a flaw in our plan.

What - the Mirror talking shit?

:-) stunning amount of guess work with the only 'fact' appearing to be where Remi lives :-)

Do they know exactly where Remi lives? Because I'd like to go round this evening with a few tips for him.

He went to a restaurant in the Mailbox a few days before Christmas if that helps as a starter

So basically, everything in terms of players/personnel that we haven't got currently then?

I think we'd need someone who can cross the ball to get the most out of him so that's us screwed.
