Previously voted 'Home Win' but the more I think about things... I have a feeling this could be where things all fall into place. I've said that before, but maybe if i keep saying it, things might just happen.

This international break has indicated that it is very clear most fans are very frustrated with Sherwoods's haphazard approach to picking the team, formation and tactics. Hopefully he'll see we're not happy and send out a positive team with an attacking edge. He might as well go out fighting for a win now. Surely it's his last chance saloon and he'll have a go.

Traore to start then hopefully.

I like the description someone posted on here. A strange player who stops still then charges like a bull.

The fast start is what we should be aiming for in every game. The first goal is massive in this league.

Quite right. Fergie's Yanited always seemed to come out the blocks fast. Especially at home.

Leicester did this a bit this year too blitz the opponents Pearson got some on field stuff right maybe not off field.
I was hoping Sherwood would attack in cup final but wasn't case. Of course I hope and wish for a 1-0 win . A four or more goal defeat Sherwood should be shifted out immediately. If only coz Chelsea haven't remotely looked like tonking anyone in the league this season so its not actually expected and if happens really a damming indictment of Sherwood.

Losing 6-1 and then at home to Burnley and then cup final and now continued lack of progress shows he's not really cut out yet to be top manager.
I read Chris Sutton piece online BBC website backing Sherwood- no surprise there being a team mate. But also I'm concerned that players think a good captain makes a good manager . And that an ex player and captain think there good managers  players like keane, ince and Sherwood even Bruce who I think was a captain haven't showed those on field leadership skills in a managerial capacity

We'll lose this one and be bottom by Monday morning.

Have a nice day.

I have a horrible thought you are right. And 4 down on goal difference as well.

It's only October though, which is both worrying but also gives hope

Fair play to the 1500 or so hardcore who've shelled out £50-£55 for a ticket. Every year it's a ground I say 'I need to tick that one off', then the pricing gets announced and I think 'ahh, I'll do it next year!'.
i think I read somewhere, possibly on here that villa have subsidised the tickets so the most anyone will pay is 47 quid - still a mugging though to watch the inevitable defeat to an out of form team. I hate Chelsea.

Just checked my ticket - £55 - with the Villa £5 off, that's a nicely rounded £50...plus booking fee.

But...as I mentioned last season - my mate's daughter is disabled and Chelsea charge her nothing!
Credit where it's due.

Enough.

Today, I hope we fu*k the fu*kers!
