Have also found out that you will need to manually have your ticket assigned to your client reference - this can be achieved by dropping in at the City Centre store, the club ticket office or I suppose ringing the Villa
Also ... £10 + 3.99 booking fee for an Adult in lower Trinity is a bargain , even against StokeI will use them more often
