Why weren't you this bothered when the club were selling much cheaper tickets on Viagogo?

Hard to miss them on Viagogo as they were the cheapest on there most of the time. Club rarely seem to drop below £20 on Seatwave, they were often £10/12 on Viagogo. Which was great for me last season as i'd given up my ST due to cost. Only used Seatwavew once so far this season. You could/can always tell it's the club, batches of 6 or 10 in the UT.

Yeah I was just looking as I need a couple more for Watford, cheapest £20 but there are literally hundreds of them for sale in the upper wings etc. if I went to the Official TO for those seats what would they be ? £32 each ??

Be very aware when buying tickets.  It is not clear throughout until the cards details appear that you may  be  buying a kids ticket / over 65 year old.

The overseas customer services team are the pits

Buyer beware.  Villa need to take a grip of the matter generally.

Bollocks.  I think I have fallen for this as my receipt states 'concessions'.  I've emailed their support to see what that means, but no response.  What are the chances of getting in when you're pushing 40 with a kids ticket.  I can genuinely claim stupidity as I didn't see the R referred to above.

Contacted Seat Wave about this issue and received no response, so phoned the club today and they could not have been more helpful and efficient at sorting it out.  I've heard it said many times, but we get so much stuff really right.

I made the same mistake last night. I missed the 'r' for ticket restrictions and managed to buy myself a concession ticket in the Lower Holte for todays Swansea game.

Again tried to contact Seatwave but got no joy. I gave the ticket office a call this morning to explain the situation as it states when you buy the ticket that 'Aston Villa reserve the right to charge additional fees' so just needed to check what I needed to do.  Spoke to Rachel in the ticket office who told me that the person who deals with the Seatwave ticket queries wouldn't be in until ten o'clock and they would call me back but I would have to pay the difference to 'upgrade' to the match ticket price.

I have just received a call from Rachel in the ticket office to tell me the club have waived the 'upgrade' fee but in future to check the ticket criteria if I am purchasing from Seatwave.

The club and especially the ticket office do get bad press but as Dante says we do get a lot right.

Many thanks to Rachel for her help this morning. Much appreciated! Err, now is asking for three points too much?

Seatwave are offering the December Arsenal game for Sat 12th when it's actually on the Sunday.
