Is their collection point the same place as viagogo ... Trinity Rd ticket booth ?

Still selling as of 9 this morning & as little as £10+ fees.

Be very aware when buying tickets.  It is not clear throughout until the cards details appear that you may  be  buying a kids ticket / over 65 year old.

The overseas customer services team are the pits

Buyer beware.  Villa need to take a grip of the matter generally.

Bollocks.  I think I have fallen for this as my receipt states 'concessions'.  I've emailed their support to see what that means, but no response.  What are the chances of getting in when you're pushing 40 with a kids ticket.  I can genuinely claim stupidity as I didn't see the R referred to above.

Contacted Seat Wave about this issue and received no response, so phoned the club today and they could not have been more helpful and efficient at sorting it out.  I've heard it said many times, but we get so much stuff really right.

Have also found out that you will need to manually have your ticket assigned to your client reference - this can be achieved by dropping in at the City Centre store, the club ticket office or I suppose ringing the Villa

This is why I don't get why the club has a ticket resale partner. We really don't need one from a business sense. On Saturday over 1,000 tickets were available on seat wave.
You'd have to be mad to pay the club full price when you can scoop seats for £10 online.
Ticket resale sites work well for your Yaniteds and Chavskis where demand outstrips supply.

Well you were complaining we didn't have one before the Manure game, and now you wonder why we do have one.

The club are putting a lot less 'cheap as chips' tickets on Seatwave than they were Viagogo. I'll bet the £10 ticket Luke bought was a ST seat. You can tell which are the club and which are ST by location.

I questioned the move from viagogo , as a seller I've found seat wave awful .
Anyway it matters little tickets are 2 a penny at present

No, you were "gutted" we didn't have a seat exchange partner as you wanted to shift 2 tickets. And now you're asking why we need one. You answered that question when you wanted to shift your Manure tickets.
