Our season won't be judged by how we play/get points against Liverpool, it'll be judged by getting one point from 4 games against Palace, Sunderland, Leicester and Albion. I'm more worried now that the Sherwood bounce is well and truly flat on the floor

Get Gil on for Westwood and Ayew for Gestede or Sinclair....

Shows what a crappy selection it was in the first place.  We are not allowed to make enough subs to fix all the mistakes.

It's like a weird fetish tuning into this crap each weekend
I'm pretty sure some gentleman must head to seedy underground dungeons in Soho, leather up and get tied to a chair, eyes taped open and forced to watch Villa play, whilst a dominatrix paddles his backside with a ping pong bat.

Even the Liverpool fans seem disappointed as they wanted to have a real go at Brenda today

I see Sherwood has got them copying the tactic from Tuesday of being deliberately crap in the first half.  Clever.

Seeing as Plan A was fucked after 70 seconds, What's plan B Tim?

I'll be stunned if Aston Villa are a premier league club next season.

We are essentially no better than a newly promoted team, inexperienced manager, players finding their feet, one of the higest risk strategy's since Ellis put Graham Turner in charge.

Sigh.   I'm not entirely sure I can see where the next win is coming from to be honest.  We're dire, and it's starting to become clear that Sherwood is a chancer out of his depth.

Yup.

As per our arguments in the past, I'm not usually one for judging a manager early, but this one is different. He's an absolute chancer.

Gueye, Westwood and Sanchez on the pitch is never going to work. They all do the same thing.

I'm just glad Benteke isn't playing. You know the bar-steward would probably have bagged a hattrick by now.

Just what is the plan here? Sit as deep as you can and let Liverpool attack at will, because we've already shown our impenetrable defensive qualities?

Just noticed Sinclair is playing. Has he touched the ball yet?
