at least we know we can win against a championship side, which bodes well for next season.

We're terrible at closing down as a team. It's like watching an U10 side, all sprinting around after the player with the ball.

Westwood is about as influential as one of my PowerPoint presentations .
How he starts every week is beyond me

I could see the positives over the last few performances, but this has been completely shit so far. We really look dismal again.

Brainless.
Honestly lads, why do we put up with it? I'd rather wet my wanger and dry hump a plug socket than carry on watching this. Yet I can't look away...I'm a glutton for punishment.

He doesn't do very much in a team which doesn't have the ball. So, the tactic? Start Westwood, and defend deep never having the ball. There's no joined up thinking there at all.

The whole team is defending and holding the line 20 yards out.
Even if we did break, there is no fucker who can get up the pitch to play in their half.

Sigh.   I'm not entirely sure I can see where the next win is coming from to be honest.  We're dire, and it's starting to become clear that Sherwood is a chancer out of his depth.

Shit isn't it.

I said to someone at work this week I am almost tempted to tell my lad to be an Arsenal fan or something like that, because putting him through being a Villa fan just seems like abuse. Then every  time he is a little git too me I think nah, he deserves it!

How can Carlisle make this lot look average and we make them look like Brasil 82 ?

Sometimes I wish someone would cut Rudy Gestedes arms and legs off and sew on four extra heads instead. He'd be World class.

I'm not sure what everyone's expectations are on here after 5 odd seasons of scraping to stay in the league. For me, so far this is exactly what I'm expecting.
