Bookies have England just favourites to beat the All Blacks, which doesn't happen too often.

It’s very doable, but we do have a couple of key absences.

Last two times I’ve seen us play the All Blacks at Twickenham we should have won both. I think all matches have been close for over ten years now. Certainly not the aura there was in “amateur” days.

Our summer tour seems to have built up our squad now.

A couple of injuries today but expect it to be close as usual these days!

Just noticed Scotland collapsed from 21-0 up to lose 33-24 against Argentina.

After a day of dragging son around the Aston uni open day I've still only seen highlights but it looked like a better performance than I expected from England. We caught them cold early on and had more depth from the bench to keep our standards up.

From the timings though it seems like losing Steward early helped us out and if that's right I hope we move on from him now. With how we are setup we really need a creative 15 and with Smith, Furbank and Hodge we have 3 really good options.

Scotland won 56-0, guessing Tonga won't be winning the next World Cup.

They're the Denmark of international rugby.

Less than minutes in and I'm ready for a sub at 9. Spencer is fucking awful.

Good spot to disallow the late England try, definitely dropped it unfortunately.

England have defended well and the cross field kick from Feyi-Waboso to score was exceptional but otherwise the we've been poor in the backs.

Argentina though have been dreadful, got themselves drawn into matching our kicking game without the players for it and then looked off it with too many basic errors. They butchered a couple of really good chances which came from them doing their thing and overloading through the midfield. I reckon the 2nd half will be very different.

Going exactly as I expected so far, we've been really poor this half.
