A while ago I jokingly suggested Villa give IQ tests to all prospective signings, given the amount of blockheads we've signed in the past, but this bloke really makes me wonder.

Based on the reports he spoke to a few clubs. It could all be bollocks and no one was in for him, which again, is why the "seems". Wouldn't Albion have had to be in for him for that to work though?
Never wanted him. It would seem he would rather sit on his pile of cash than play the sport he be gifted to play. I would rather have the players we have than him.

Type 'Jose Enrique transfer' into Google and every single story from the first page is about him potentially going to West Brom. Whether it's true or not, there was nothing more concrete linking him to any other club more than that lot.
