The reason we don't sell out these days is because of how shite we've been over the last 5 years. We're improving as a team, and as ever the fans will come back as the team gets better.
As for the Small Heath game I expect around 37k which is a bloody good attendance considering it's only the League Cup, live on telly, midweek and against a club whose fans behave like they've just escaped from a zoo.

And it's been ridiculously hard to obtain a ticket, I've given up as I couldn't get through

Just admit it your a cowardly custard

It's a fair cop, I'm a big shit-out really. Worried as I'll be sat on my own, and will probably be surrounded by Zulus.

Don't know why but every time I look on this thread, I have this music as a soundtrack.

With our current problems, I fear the game itself will evoke the 'squeal like a pig' scene.

Seriously i'd put the reserves out against blues to see if there's any quality about. Also we'd have an excuse if they turn us over.

Not sure the squad has got the stomach for this. I'm dreading it, and the trip to anfield. Could be painful seeing benteke against our wimps

Think it will go to extra time and maybe even penalties.

We will score but with Donaldson and Gray they'll sneak one aswell.

No way.  Full strength with maybe a couple of changes from the line up today.

Well they now know that all they need to do it sit back behind the ball and attack in numbers when we inevitably lose possession whilst passing sidewards whilst we wait for one of our forwards to stop marking his marker and actually make a move into space or incisive run.

Hopefully Gueye and Traore will be back but it could be a long night if we're limited to the same pool of players on Tuesday.
