Official coach travel is available for this fixture priced at:
Adult Season Ticket Holder/Blues Loyalty Member - £11
Senior/Student/Junior Season Ticket Holder/Blues Loyalty Member - £10
Adult non Season Ticket Holder - £12
Senior/Student/Junior Non Season Ticket Holder - £11

If they bring their normal 30 coaches, that will be 30, multiplied by 52 seats per coach, by £11.00, which should make them £17160.00 gross. Put that on top of what they'll take from gate receipts of 42,200 at £30.00 a go and we're probably keeping them in business for another season.

And I can confirm there is no booking fee if you order online, which is nice.

I doubt it as there's 2 weeks before the game.

And if you have a printer you can print them at home.

I can kind of understand some of them wanting to get the coach. The trains and buses would be chaos. £11 is ridiculous though. I bet they're not complaining about that.

http://madeinbrumfanzine.com/2015/09/08/blues-v-villa-ticket-allocation-proposal/?

And the hits just keep on coming.......

To be fair at least they came up with a solution that was a bit more thought out dan fousands of dem in da Holt.
would the cost of erecting the fencing, the additional policing costs and removing the fencing be borne fully by blues in the event of it happening? The cunning plan is silent on that aspect.

Just so we are clear on why our allocation was reduced last time out.

ASTON VILLA are to appeal to decision to slash the number of tickets they have been given for the next Second City Derby at Birmingham City following trouble which marred the last clash at St Andrew's.

Villa have confirmed they have received 1,500 tickets for the upcoming clash on Sunday, January 16. That compares with more than 3,000 given to Manchester United for their trip to St Andrew's tonight.

The decision has been made by Birmingham City Council's Safety Advisory Group, with Villa saying it thought the decision was based on events are the Carling Cup match between the two sides last month.

A pitch invasion followed Blues victory against Villa, with flares thrown during the standoff. Video footage later emerged of fans vandalising toilets inside the ground.

A spokesman for Villa said: "The club is petitioning the Safety Advisory Group, Birmingham City and the Premier League to secure an increase in our ticket allocation which we believe to be fair and indicative of the usual good behaviour of our fans."

Angry scenes outside the ground also followed the November game.

There was also trouble following the Premier League fixture between the two clubs at Villa Park on October 31st. Nine men, including a chef who works at Birmingham City, have appeared in court in connection with that fixture.

I love the bit about a Chef who works for them got involved.  Reminds me of Gary Whackett on Mike Bassett appearing on the TV news scrapping the night before a game.

Why would you buy a season ticket there?  They're fucking shit.  End of.
Tried saying something to the wife once and was called pathetic and childish.

Has anyone in the cup scheme had their money taken out for this game yet?
I haven't, which is strange as they normally take the cash at the soonest opportunity after a home cup draw.

Hasn't gone out of mine yet either - not really worried yet as still 2 weeks to go. May chase up if still not gone at end of this week.
£30 gone from mine, taken on 3rd Sept.

A taxi wouldn't cost more than 11 quid, surely?

You can only get one Barry per black cab though.

I’ll be taking up the coach as I’ve done in previous years. Villa fans will beat the s**te out of us otherwise. I think the allocation is about right as den caney and abduls tours only have a certain amount of coaches to take us across the divide. Kro!!
