Was in North Stand top tier for the 2-2, when Stern John scored in injury time. There was at least 200 Blues fans dotted around the stand that Sunday. You could see little pockets of away fans leap to their feet and once the air, when that equaliser went in. Saw a couple get chucked out after we scored our first, as they'd been grassed up. Vilers did nothing, from what I saw, to make it an unpleasant or intimidating experience for Blues fans. The Hole Tenders might be less tolerant, and so they should be.

 ;D Bless them.

Really hope the whole of VP is up for this one, Witton and Trinity included. All i've read from them is how they're going to come and take the piss and outsing us all game.

That's either really unfortunate typos or an invitation to be told to f¤¤k right off to the end of the sewer.

If the former apologies.

If the later  f¤¤k right off to the end of the sewer.

I think he's quoting a post from Blues site, just it's not immediately clear.

Phone has been engaged for 2 days now. Got mine online but wanted to ask about upgrading my lads (U8) ticket to an adults for my mate.

I assumed he'd copied that from 'elsewhere'.

I was sat next to a Blues fan in the North when Stern John equalised, he got a good few slaps from well wishers on his way out.

These Noses who are claiming to have sat in home ends in the past aren't doing their fellow Blues fans any favours.  Noses tend to think that we're all soft as shite, and they're the ultimate hooligan firm.  Those of them (especially younger lads) who buy into this may wrongly underestimate the consequences of sitting in the Holte, or anywhere for that matter.  I just hope that no one gets really seriously hurt, because it's distinctly possible given the severity of the atmosphere. They really won't know what's hit them.

A Nose I worked with at the time got tickets for him and his mate in the North Stand upper for 03/03/03. Before the game he was giving it loads about how they were gonna take the piss etc.

After the game he admitted they'd left and gone home at half time (whilst the game was goalless so he missed their goals) as they were genuinely fearful for their safety. They'd done nothing to give themselves away but said the stares they were getting from some of our older boys meant that they thought they were on to them.

It goes round in cycles.

Stage 1: As SHA are shite, its likely several years will have passed since they were lucky enough to play us. They may have heard stories of how their "super firm" in the 80s smashed up Weston Super-Mare or maybe some 3rd division outfit.  This time and these stories allows the breeding of the following attitude. "Vilers are all bobble hat wearers! We and the 10,000 strong Zulu ultimate firm can do what we want!".

Stage 2: Like every home game across the country, a few away fans get in the home end. Fueled by the above cocktail of nonsense, they make themselves known.

Stage 3: Get a kicking.

Stage 4: Noses come to B6 for the next 5 or 6 years on 30 odd coaches, causing traffic chaos at Pump/Matalan island while they're escorted through.

Stage 5; Bang on the windows shouting "Zooooolooooo [sic]"

Stage 6: After enough time has past, go back to stage 1.

This would be beautiful as part of David Attenborough's Life on Earth series, lot's of time lapse cameras around stagnant ponds capturing the pointless struggle of these strange creatures.

Getting this message when trying to buy 2 tickets for myself and brother both with valid criteria (Villa Cash with 5+ games) client refs when proceeding to checkout:

Unfortunately, you are attempting to purchase more tickets for a match than you are allowed to. Please double check, and remove items from your basket to proceed.

Anyone else getting the same problem?

I don't think that fence is high enough though.

9,000 season ticket holders I am surprised it is that many.

Why would you ever buy a season ticket there anyway. They never, ever sell out and if you wait a few games you'll be able to buy a ticket for £1 to £5 anyway when they become desperate to get 18k at the Sty.

Even when they go away there's enough room to lie across the seats in the away end if you wanted.
