He likes the ball to feet too much which allows the defender to try and tackle him which results in fouls, because he is quick, but also results in injuries!
Certainly exciting but I doubt he would play much in the championship because of all the knocks he will get.

The topic of Traore raises the bigger, more fundamental issue of whether the club accepts or rejects the need to prioritise entertaining the supporters.  My own personal view is that since the appointment of Alex McLeish the need to entertain has been deliberately downgraded in parallel with, and to lubricate the lowering of supporter expectations.  The teams put out by Eric Black have highlighted to me the total lack of effort to give entertainment value for money to the long suffering fans.  When the fans have endured so much for so long what possible justification can there be to put out teams to lose by as little as possible?  Are they utterly blind and deaf to what they have done to the fan base?

Adama Traore and Jack Grealish raise the spirits of the fans, regardless of how good or bad they may be and that alone should see them feature in more than ten minute cameos in losing games.  That they do not shows me that the management is taking the piss every bit as much as the players are.

might be in the minority but I think he is a circus act of a "footballer"

would have him on all day ahead of the likes of Bacuna and Richardson but that is no yardstick

we simply cant have a player next season who walks around the pitch when we dont have the ball

one to cut imo

The Championship is the ideal place for him to build his confidence.  He will get more space and thus more time.

Do not see the point of getting rid of him at this time.

Neither do I and I don't think he's going anywhere. I think we will have a good nucleus of younger players to build around next season.

To describe him as a one trick pony is a bit like saying that a Panzer Tiger was a one trick tank.

He's never going to do it every time he gets the ball, but his pace and power means that he will go through defences like a dose of salts often enough to be worth every penny of what he is paid.

He has barely set foot on the pitch this season yet he's still managed two assists, no mean feat.

He's had such a disrupted season that we haven't seen anything yet. He needs a run of games to get up to 'speed'. He should feature in all of the remaining fixtures, but Eric Black is useless. I still can't believe he started with Richardson and Bacuna yesterday.

I worry for him in the Championship, he's missed large chunks of this season in the top, pampered division, next season is going to be way more industrial with probably less protection from the officials.

Our Jack flourished with Notts County in that league and he's much more featherweight than him.

I actually thought Sinclair was having a pretty decent game out wide before he went off yesterday.  I can't see Traore being with us next season.

I think he'll be fine physically in the championship,he's picked up niggles with the exception of the Notts County team attempting to drop kick him all over the pitch.Hopefully,we'll have a much more intense pre season and he'll continue to be built  like a pocket battleship able to move at full pelt.

If it goes to plan,he'll stand out in the championship and to be sure he'll get some agriculture treatment, but I hope that just like the majority of the better players continue in the premiership,in my eyes,to get a little more protection ,so will he in the Championship from the cloggers as his reputation and coverage is maximised.

As suggested,I could see him centrally, with a licence to drop and commit as well as enjoying himself on the last man.Think he'd be ideal alongside a similar player to Ulloa of Leicester.Think we need a forward with pace, and the ability to link and lead the line on his own as required.Imagine Traore alongside that sort of player.

I look at the Championship a bit like College Football (American) vs the NFL. The truly NFL ready players at college level stand out because they are that much better than most of the other college players they face. They stand out because the great majority of teams they come up against only have a handful of players of that standard. Now, when those better college players enter the NFL they are up against not only players as good as them but many that are significantly better. They then either fit in by maintaining their standard, raise their game if they need to or disappear.

Back to our football a player like Traore or Grealish will stand out vs mostly mediocre competition in the Championship. They will get more space because the vast majority of the full backs likely won't be PL level. The question then becomes is can they take advantage of it and if we do go back up can they raise their game again to be better than the standard they will face in the PL? But if they do both play to their ability and potential it will be a long day for most defenders at Championship level.

He's got pace, power and skill. That's the golden combo. If he calms down a bit and uses his attributes more cleverly, and provided he can stay fit, he could become a quite stupidly good player.

I wouldn't necessarily play him centrally though, unless we're going to play Leicester-style with him in the Vardy role. You want him running at defenders very fast, and that's easier down the flanks. Grealish isn't as quick, but I thought that moving him inside made him far less effective.

Ashley Young was raw and erratic when he joined us, but he turned out to be very good.
