I really don't understand the animosity towards Wilkins. He's a coach.
I don't think he is or at least not a good one.
I make no apologies for this but he belongs behind a mic now, not on the training pitch or dugout. Again not Rays fault, a stupid call by sherwood , Ramsey may have been more current and relevant for this flawed regime .

What part of his job is he particularly bad at? Do the players dislike working for him?

I can only comment on what I see on the pitch on match day in terms of tactics, plan, structure etc. I make no apologies for this comment but it's a fucking shambles. That issue is squarely the responsibility and accountability of the manager and coaches .
Sack the fucking lot .

The part that results in us losing 7 out of 9 games.

The manager and his team need to go, I agree.

I was about to say that I hope Wilkins joins Sherwood through the door but it occurs to me that Fox will probably put him in charge as a caretaker.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse.

Kept looking over today. Saw Robson out, Parks out a lot and obviously TS.

Never saw Wilkins move once.

I have to admit I was really happy when Wilkins was taken on board, but I have been proven wrong

Wilkins is a very likeable chap and too nice for football management.
No idea why people think this situation is his fault, the team, tactics and sustitutions are not down to him.
Our problems are because of poor decisions by the manager and mistakes by the players.

Surely he has some input on selections and subs, I thought that was why he was on board, but there don't seem to be much bonding between him and the not so special one

Dont know but it is down to the manager. Siralex put a lot of stock into his number 2 and would allways look for opinion. Not all managers do. As someone said Wilkins does not do a lot on the Bench and I do not see Sherwood consulting with any one.
