Pull your head out of your arse Micah.  We're bottom of the table without a win since August.  You shouldn't be suprised if people are pointing the finger at you.

Fuck you Micah you fucking baby and pathetic excuse of a footballer and captain.

Having deliberately avoided everything to do with yesterday, this one's caught my interest. Was there anything specific, or is he just proving himself to be all about me, myself and I?

Ian Wright criticised his positioning on MOTD for the first goal. Nothing abusive or over the top he was just telling the truth, he was out of position for the goal and things like that are the reason we are getting relegated.

Micah loses it on Twitter and says it's not on. Looks a bit childish really if he can't take a pundit pointing out his tactical errors on a football show where they are analysing the match.

Wright is thick as pigshit, a terrible pundit. However like a broken watch it can be right twice a day and the one thing Wright could do was play football as a striker and therefore has a passing knowledge on defensive deficiencies. Micah is one big fucking deficiency.

The thing I really struggled with yesterday about that first goal is that he actually looked back to see where Howson was.  So having done that why the hell did he just let him ghost in behind for the goal with no challenge.  Who exactly was he expecting to pick him up notwithstanding there was a slight deflection that took it away from him slightly.

He has the attributes to be a good defender, he lets himself down in his positional play, his short fuse and the fact that he is injury prone.

Not the type of captain, top defender we were looking for.

How about Steven Ireland as our player of the season? Those were the days my friends.

Whoever likened him to a Labrador on the match thread in terms of his positional sense called it about right.

He also sent a baby comment to Collymore about them getting stick when they play poorly from him but no credit when they give their all and get a draw against West Ham at home.

He's a shit defender, and an even worse captain.  Quite frankly, he can fuck right off.

If he cared so much he would play fucking RB. Never going to be a centre half regardless of what he/his contract dictates

Is there any evidence,  or is this one of those internet myths that becomes accepted as fact?

Was going to say.  It has to be amongst the biggest load of nonsense to suggest we can't move a player into a different position in the defence due to contractual limitations.

As much as Lescott has lost his legs and Okore is prone to errors, their partnership was streets better than Richards and anyone so far.

I'm not saying it's definitely true, but if it isn't, then it's an unfortunate coincidence for him that he got injured just as Okore was fit to come back in and then spent 3-4 weeks getting over a minor knock but was fit to come back in as soon as Okore had to miss a game.

The squad / line up for Sunderland will be illuminating if Okore was just rested to allow swelling on his knee to subside.
