I always wait to get one for my lad when it is reduced. He loves his Villa kit name on the back and all, but doesn't care a jot how current it is with the first team. Though he likes the yellow one!

Are either of our shirts from last season available for cheap anywhere? Cheapest I can find is about 35 on sports direct, usually our shirts are about a tenner at this time of the year. Fancy the away one.

Injury prone ☑
Past his peak☑
Still a big name☑
Not quite what we need☑

Yep. Nadal would have been a classic Doug appease the masses, "show some ambition " signing.

#sayitlikesherwood is soo #cringe ! it is unbelievable Villa market it like that and have Sherwood sayings . Sherwood comes out with it this will only boost his ego unnecessarily. Mourinho is top dollar but i could only think someone like Rodgers or Pardew would have this #sayitlikesherwood nonsense the rest of managers in premier league wouldnt have it endorsed

Re the kit i like them and tempted aswell as the home to purchase the yellow suits my style

You stole my thunder. If this was Fergie or Jose with all they have achieved then I would cringe. I like Tim and think he will do a decent job for us but to treat his comments like he is some Oracle is quite awful. Almost as much as they are trying to promote Grealish as our version of Harry Kane. Maybe jack needs to start to act like someone afforded this faux adulation. Can start by putting the ball in the net

Kits are good btw

Just watched Jim White 'phoning it in' on AVTV. Money for old rope I suppose.

Just watched the launch...wish I had a pound for every time Jim White said "Ladies & Gentlemen"...I'd probably have 37 quid.

Was surprised how quietly spoken "Meecah"* was, expected him to be a bit more exuberant.

Surely if Delph and Benteke are not planned to be here next season then I would sack the entire marketing and PR team in an instant. It leads me to believe they will be here as no matter how long ago the images were taken, if things had changed then to continue with images would be almost negligent as it could open up to trade description issues were folk bought kit / season tickets as it alluded to those players staying
