I love Macron, mates, and I am very surprised to acknowledge that I am in a minority.
Classy design inspired to tradition, proper shades of claret and blue, and, above all, sartorial models dedicated to the Villa, whereas the big manifacturers (apart from Umbro  :-*) would impose one of their hidous standardized designs (with awful collars or trims) that they do for all the teams they sponsor.
They mix the great old English tradition  with the Italian style.
I think that the current home kit is perfect.
My only concern is that next kit will be inferior.

Infact, for my Italian team Macron realised some beautiful kits. . .

But for the next kit they felt the need to change, to dare more in order to realise some special effect, and the result is not as brilliant as the lattest.

Macron seem to produce quality designs in Italy and fire all the shite ideas into the UK market

It's not the design its the quality of the kit, it's terrible. My Nike stuff has far outlasted the macron stuff

Really? That's strange. I own several Macron shirts and I never had problems with the quality of the materials, mates.

The Macron designs are nice until you plaster the shit out of it with sponsors.

As ever, I'll be relatively happy so long as we have a claret shirt with blue sleeves. No fucking stripes, hoops or polkadots.

This. Nearly everything I've bought has been of quite appalling quality.

I'm also in the minority of liking the macron shirts. I had this seasons home and the year before lasts.
The quality is fine, although I only wear around the house and to the gym. Fit is also great.
I think I prefer the macron kits to the nike templates we had.

Is the correct answer.

Those Lazio kits look - mostly - less "fussy" than ours. Also the Macron branding is lower key.

The current home kit is one of the worst in a long time, IMO, but the away is much nicer.

I don't mind the designs, but those logos are awful.

Are we in the UK on average a 'bit' larger than our Italian counterparts?

Can't see some of our lets say bigger round the waist supporters looking good in those Lazio style shirts!

Some of those shirts in the pictures would have to be painted on!!

Wasn't Tom Fox's biggest achievement that he negotiated their enormous Puma deal?

I imagine shirts is an area where he'd be delighted to get stuck in.

Re getting out of a deal, totally possible if enough money is at stake and there is a willingness on both sides.

I know the bloke who, at 32 Red, negotiated their sponsorship deal with us. He said it was incredibly cheap, so much so that one of the first things Randy did when he arrived was try to get us out of it

Someone on Twitter saying we have paid off the last year of the macron deal. Makes sense seeing as no mention of next years kit as yet.
