Where art thou new Villa kit
« on: May 27, 2015, 04:31:13 PM »
http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/9866031/new-football-kits-the-strips-from-the-premier-league-and-beyond

Just been looking at some of next seasons kits, (Newcastles looking impressive).
Does anyone have any information on ours, home or away.
First time this season I have not purchased home or away kit, seems as not much thought went into either.

Ours are always late. This season though, in fairness, the players have more important things to worry about than modelling the latest tat.

They're waiting until they know whether they can embroider "FA Cup Winners 2015" under the badge.

Are we still with Macron for another year?

Yes. Four year deal signed in Feb 2012.

I think the home shirt has horizontal stripes and the away shirt is yellow.

Where's Marshall with all of those ace designs? None of which will be correct.

No idea on the love in with Adidas - if you had red stripes - Stoke/Sunderland/Southampton, they all looked the same. The Palace Macron tops look a rather snug fit...

I quite like that Watford kit, even though it looks like something out of the Japanese second division.

Newcastle shirt is hideous.

Apart from the logo, what's wrong with it?
Traditional B&W stripes

Too much blue and the back of the shirt doesn't fit with the front.

It is nice from the front though yes.

From what I recall the back is plain white and looks like another shirt.

It's a dreadful mix. I have no idea what the designer was thinking and how it got approved.
