Hasn't TS effectively indicated - or even said as much I think - that Callum Robinson will be involved - assuming we're safe - by recalling him before Preston's play off final ? I expect that to be one of several given a game to rest a few

Assuming we're safe

------------------- Guzan

Lowton------Okore------Senderos------Cissokho

Bacuna-----Sanchez-------Cleveley-----Sinclair

---------------------Gil

------------------Agbonlahor

Subs -

Kozak (assuming available) and Weimann for Bacuna & Gabby with Gil dropping onto the wing on 60 mins.
Westwood for Cleverly around a similar time

Sherwood gets a chance to look Senders, Cissokho, Gil and Sinclair for next season, whilst seeing what Bacuna can do further forward.

Joe Cole probably deserves a start. Did score at their place in what seems a lifetime ago, lambert skulking off at the end crossing the pitch & ignoring us away fans

Considering the "we want Lambert out" chants there, it's hardly a surprise.

I'd go for the strongest team, but to sub Benteke, Vlaar, and Delph off after 60 minutes to protect them.
Well said that man. Start with the strongest. It's not going to be a ultra competitive match and then sub at HT. Need to keep our best players sharp and match fit.

Well yeah but that aside he could have at least given us a Glaswegian wave

Bugger momentum. I wouldn't let Benteke, Vlaar and Delph even look at the pitch against Burnley.

I'd be cautious about letting them do the lap of honour after the game.
There is no need for that as there will be a proper  lap of honour on 30 May.

You lot seem to be prioritising winning the FA Cup over finishing above the Albion!
Don't you realise the pride that comes with being the highest placed club with a Birmingham postcode?

I've read that there is a £1.2 million difference in the prize money awarded per final league placing.

So the difference between 17th and 12th is £6 million.

I'll be very surprised if Sherwood makes wholesale changes.

That's might be his bonus. "Any additional prize money above 18th is yours".  That's why he is after two more wins.

Cissokho hasn't been near the bench yet, but some are starting him against Burnley

Burnley haven't struck me as a 'Kick lumps out the opposition' team

Have you not seen Ashley Barnes?

I'd be cautious about letting them do the lap of honour after the game.

Given the way that this season has gone, I think that just half a lap of honour would be more appropriate anyway

Does sitting on it not count as near? he was on the bench against city.

If Sherwood's going to judge him, there's no better place than on the pitch. Why risk the first team with a final coming up?

Some of the boys were lookling leggy against West Ham, the rest will help and they're not going to forget how to play with each other if they have a sat off

Nice dilemma to have . Assuming we are safe I'd go.

----------- Guzan -------------

Hutton.  Senderos  Okore . Cissoko

        Sanchez.       Cole.

Gil -------------------------- Weimann

Sinclair ------------------  Gabby (c)

*shudders*

That's a Paul Lambert team if I ever saw one...

Would be good if Kozak was fit enough to play a part.
