I'm sure I read somewhere that the club is giving scarves to all Villa fans with Wembley tickets, some on the day for display and the rest after the final at the club shop.

Supporters sitting in blocks between 126-141 in the lower tier and 531-550 in the upper tier will have a scarf attached to their seat.

anyone know if block 530, which I am also in, is a fully Villa one as I got mine through the Surrey FA so I can go with Mum, having given up my Villa ticket to someone else or whether there are a lot of FA tickets in the block too...

i think it says at very bottom left of ticket. It will say County FA & either Aston Villa/ Arsenal. It is neutral though so not definitely one or the other

If there is a different design on each side, why can either side face the pitch?

It will be mainly caret,  or mainly blue on both sides, but the detail will be different.
