I can't imagine how I'll feel if we win. I just pray I get the chance to experience that feeling.

I don't think I've ever wanted us to win a game more. After all the shit and humiliation we've suffered over the past five years, the O'Neil flounce, Houllier's scouse orgasm, TSM, TSM2, Chelsea away, Bradford, Millwall, Leyton Orient etc, lowest this, shittest that, the Krulak deception, the Bomb Squad, "we'll go again", Fergie's letter, the Shunammite, the false narrative and Christ knows what else, just win it, Villa, and blow it all the fuck away.
And just to add... Bomb squad 2 (consisting mostly of players he'd signed only 12 months ago), Lamberts complete turnaround on his own young and hungry policy (or basically "I fucked up royally"), Shithouse and Karsey, and Roy fucking Keane.

But yes, agree entirely on the sentiment. Winning tomorrow will lift a huge cloud over this club. It'll be a memory to tearfully reminisce over until our death beds.

I'll have to find a new answer to the question 'What do you want for Christmas?'

I'm pretty sure I will cry and my son will take great delight in making sure everybody knows I did.

I was in tears at the semi-final - I will blub like a babby if we win!

I received this email this morning from one of my mates who I am down Wemberlee with tomorrow. As you can imagine, as the day gets closer there has been constant chatter about this wondrous event, the constant need and want to talk about it. This email is in reference to the football related dreams he keeps having and what he hopes will be tonight's installment. I think you may glance a spot of plageurism, but still brought a smile.

"I call it, ‘A Football Carol’, and whilst asleep I will be visited by three ghosts.

The first will be the ghost of football past, and he will take me on a tour of all of Villa’s trophy wins, going back to the 19th Century.

Then, there will be the ghost of football present, who will show me a vision of Delph lifting the cup tomorrow, after Grealish has bagged the winner.

Finally, there will be the ghost of Footballing future, who will show me all the future glories we are set to win, having been kick started by this Cup Final.

I’ll wake up, and shout out of the window to the peasant (bluenose) in the street. “You boy, what day is it today?”

“Today?” replies the boy. “Why, it’s FA Cup Final day, Sir.”

“God bless us, everyone” says Tiny Tim Sherwood."

Anyone else going through phases? I've had days where I'm confident of victory and then I have days where I think we're going to get hammered.
I am very confident today. Getting hammered does not worry me it's unlucky loss that does.
Some how not very confident today may be due to the fact  that in today's papers it's all about the Villa!

Anyone else get the feeling that Tim Sherwood might spring a surprise or two tomorrow in regards to formation and tactics?  If Richardson isn't fit, then I just wonder whether he might go to a 3-5-2.

In just under 4 hours I get in my car and turn the steering towards the direction of M40. I hope I will have enough strength in my arms to do that!

This.  Winning the Cup is the biggest ambition in my life. The thought of being 24 hours away from doing it is terrifying.
