Can you imagine the self belief the players have now ? I bet they think they can conquer the world, and we upbeat Timbo to thank for that.I have never seen a change like this in such a short space of time.

Fucking hell. What a day that was.

Sat on the halfway line in the Club Wembley seats so pretty much equidistant from both sets, and our fans were just awesome.

A couple of minutes from the end there was a roar of encouragement which was so loud it was honestly like nothing I have heard at a match in years.

A real "moment"

Personally, I felt a connection with those on the pitch that I've not felt in a long time. That at the end, fucking wow. It was as though everyone of us was of one thought, that they're so close, and we had it in our power to.pull them over the line. And we did.
As Paulie says, awesome. In its true sense.
Felt like a club again.

I watched the game at home on the tv and half the village must have heard me shouting when both goals went in. What a fantastic performance from the Villa, bloody proud of them.
Grealish has the makings of one hell of a player. I work with several 'The Mighty Reds YNWA' fans and a few Everton fans so this week will be fun. I think I will plaster their lockers with the sports back pages.
I hope all those that went had a superb day. Well done for out singing the opposite end.

Special mention to Westy. To slot back in like that after being out of the team was some performance.

I'm on holiday in Seahouses, Northumberland at the moment. I did my best to watch the game on a succession of dodgy, choppy streams with an iffy wifi connection. Missed the first two goals completely. At half time, in desperation I went up to a local pub to see if they were showing the game, only to be told, "oh, no, we're watching the Newcastle game, pet" (good for you, hope you enjoyed that one, you bastards!).

But this was a great day. Heroes all over the pitch, and I think we may have finally found ourselves a manager. I had a feeling all along we could pull it off, Liverpool are no great shakes at all. Arsenal will be tougher proposition in the final, but on our day we don't need to be scared of anyone any more.

One more thing. I watched part of the pre match coverage on BT Sport, and it was a fucking disgrace. As a professional broadcasting organisation they should be ashamed of themselves. It was so biased it was embarrassing, you'd have thought there was only one team playing today, and only one player worth mentioning in that team. Well, they had egg on their faces by the end, and it fucking well serves them right.

Just got back - 3 hours after leaving the stadium! - tube to Hillingdon and M40/42 at 71 miles an hour (honest guv). What a FANTASTIC day. Dominated the game, everyone put a really good shift in, deserved winners, fantastic support, and Stevie GEEE's birthday spoiled. Regardless of how we do in the final this day will stay in the memory until I succumb to dementia in my dotage. Still absolutely buzzing!
