From Chris Sutton...

"Sunderland are like a pub team. It's like a pub team coming out in the second-half without a player who is having a fag in the car park."

Incredible to think he briefly played for us. Headed goal at Sunderland. He'd have been great for us at his 1992-96 ish best

Stop dicking around with it Leandro

Mate, he's set 2 up and it would have been 3 if Sinclair hadn't chipped it over the bar.  Give him a break, hey?

We managed four at M'Boro about ten years ago. 5-0 vs Leicester must be our biggest PL away win? I remember 8 at Wycombe in the League Cup.....

I was at that Wycombe game and I remember the team getting booed off at half time as we were losing.
It's the game that put the words "fickle" and "sugarbags" into Villa folklore.

I'll be honest I'll happy with 4 and disappointed at the same time. Is that possible?

I'd like to see Gil come on.  See what he can do against a team that basically stands off and gives you space.

As a curiosity, did Poyet and Sherwood ever play together at Spurs?
