Arsenal fans are in the same boat, it's not just us getting stiffed.

The difference is, they only live down the road!

Exactly this

There will be plenty of Arsenal traveling from outside London, needing to take time off work etc. It's not some anti-Villa conspiracy, it's just typical disregard for all fans.

Generally agree but, frankly, Arsenal fans from outside London can get bollocksed for all I care, glory-hunting bellends.

I'd say for an arsenal fan living in Essex (M25) villa fans going down the M40 will have a quicker journey to Wembley

Are you sure that the 5+ games have to be home games?

No I'm not sure, in fact I'd guess it's one of three pieces of wrong info my dad has been given on the phone today, I'm not trusting what they are saying at all. I'm 4 away 1 home and will take the criteria as advertised!

It feels like I'm spreading misinformation, but  am just passing on what they are (I think wrongly) saying. I've told my dad I'm sure we'll be fine and include away.

Well, they should support an Essex team if getting to London is too arduous.

North Essex to the Emirates probably isn't too far but Wembley is a different kettle of fish

I'm sure their limo drivers will manage to find the place.

My mate was told the same thing on the phone the other day. The 5+ games in 2014/15 MUST be home games, League or Cup obviously. But that away games do not count, he wasn't best pleased as he trekked up to Newcastle and back but somebody who went to Blackpool or Bournemouth for a tenner takes priority..

Last years semi finals were Sat 5pm and Sunday 4pm i believe. I'd be amazed if it's any different this year
