What an improvement in the second half.

As for those utter fucking idiots legging it on the pitch before full time, I hope they all get banned. Two nil up and cruising into the semi final, a minute to go and you're running on the fucking pitch?

Small time twats.

Agreed.

It's a Villa tradition to invade the pitch. Inter (2nd game), and the Tranmere, Arsenal and Blackburn semis were all pitch invasions.

Oh who gives a toss about it. People walked on some grass, mostly kids and hugged a few players...WOW!!

We'll get a 10 grand fine probably and we go again ;)

The ones before the final whistle were knobbish, especially the 2 twats I saw goad Myhill. But at FT, who cares.

chill out and concentrate on the positives, we won.
Have you never been on the pitch at Villa Park celebrating ?
This is small change, the media are reporting it as harmless celebration and we are beating ourselves up about it ?
Was Doug on the pitch ?
Was Randy and the General watching it on satellite ?. I think we should know.
I am beginning to think that Tim could be my most favourite manager since big Ron

I wouldn't worry too much about the pitch invasion - it'll all be forgotten come Monday afternoon. On a different note, I feel for Grealish, there isn't a dirty bone in his body. I hope the FA deal with the red quickly.

Ever since the groundsman left for PSG our pitch has looked increasingly worse every season.

It's the pre-final whistle antics that I am on about, especially the three fans who goaded Boaz Myhill. Pleased to see the third fat tw*t go over on his arse. Prick.

First half diabolical, second half loads better.

Ratings:

Given - Did well, and reassured me that it's not a disaster if Guzan is injured/suspended
Bacuna - Poor delivery on nearly all crosses, decent enough in defence
Okore - Shaky first half, vastly improved second. Think he could be a major player for us next season
Clark - Very good throughout, well played Clacker
Lowton - Doesn't look well, pretty poor performance but out of position so forgivable
Cleverley - Anonymous
Westwood - Again, an improved performance from a woeful first half. Average overall
Delph - Fantastic performance and goal. If others tried as hard as him we wouldn't be in the shit
Sinclair - Took his goal well, had a good game. Keep it up Scott
Agbonlahor - Tried hard but nowhere near as 'unplayable' as Tuesday night
N'Zogbia - Am I missing something that others on here aren't? I thought he was shocking throughout

Sanchez - I thought we looked loads better when he came on. Should be starting in that midfield
Grealish - Good assist for the second, are we able to appeal the sending-off?
Gil - Should be starting ahead of N'Zogbia

Villa fans - have a bit of class for fucks sake. We're Aston Villa, getting to semi-finals should be what we do.

Brilliant second half and N'Zog was magnificent. Delph, Sinclair and Okore were excellent in the second half. Shame those morons put it under threat.

I don't think Grealish can have his red card rescinded as it was 2 yellows I don't think you can appeal.

Blimey, their forum that Liam Baggies comes from is like reading what H&V has been like for the last few years.

They hate Pulis as much as we do.

One of the best days of my life up the Holte today.Rocking, passionate and totally committed.I forgive the invasion, it was another Tranmere.Let's give a bit of slack.
The atmosphere was back to the 70s.
