Man of the match Fabian Delph on the pitch invasion from supporters towards the end of the game: "Very, very scary.
"My armband got nicked, someone got my left boot, but I could appreciate the relief the fans are feeling after a result like that.
"It was dangerous. Someone tried to take my boot off. People tried to kiss me and were biting me. It was scary."
From the Been.

Sinclair is ace, Jack was sublime in his cameo, Lowton was brilliant, Okore showed Ron what concrete is, Nzogbia was the nuts, Delph was fab and hVe we got the old Gabby back. Special mention to Clark, slowly becoming my favourite player.

"Why would you do this? You're winning, absolutely stupid. Imagine if the referee abandoned the game now. Loads of villages have lost their idiots tonight. Absolutely bonkers."

Harmless fun aint it?
Bloody hell.
What are we gonna do if we're 2-0 up against Bradford in the semi, invade the pitch and try and run off with the goal posts?
I hope the police will be on overtime tonight looking over the footage and getting pictures.

It's a shame it took this incident for Lawrenson to finally talk sense.

Totally agree.... Great scenes.... **** modern football! Should have waited until after the match though I agree with that.

Wemberlee

Fuck modern football by running on the pitch to celebrate getting to a semi final at Wembley. That certainly showed it.

They can start with the bell ends who came on when Delph scored. Right fucking tools

He's 100% right. If we get our semi final allocation reduced because of those pricks I'll be so pissed off. I only wish the club had the means to ban them all.

I was a little disappointed in Bacuna. He looked nervy coming forward. He faced a CH playing out of position all game, who has no pace, so he should have been braver.
I'll also add that Given played well.

I know, have some been so brainwashed by the small time mentality Lambert drilled into the club?

Shay Given saying Tim wasn't happy at all at half time. No one was doing what he expected, gave the players a good rollocking and knocked the flip chart over in doing so.

Good on ya Tim.
