Looks like the club are supplying 10,000 balloons to the Holte today

Holtist bias again.

The Holte gets the giant flag and the Holte gets flag.

The least that the club could do is supply us in the Lower Trinity with giant pieces of card and marker pens so that we can hold up signs with our witty and/or sarcastic comments.

Should be an app so that you can tap something in on your phone, and it scrolls round the electronic hoardings.

You sit in the posh seats. You can afford your own balloon.

My butler does the singing when prompted.

For the first time in a long time this thread seems to be full of hope and anticipation. Long may it continue.

Our last FA Cup 6th round home tie was in 1960 when we beat Tom Finney's Preston 2-0, 2 of my heroes Gerry Hitchens and Peter McParland got the goals. How we could do with them now. Crowd was nearly 70,000 don't think there will be that many there today!

I feel really nervous now, it's that unfamiliar feeling of almost expectancy. Ironically, I think in a strange way I would be looking forward to it more had we not won on monday, as it would feel like we had nothing to lose. What a great week it could turn out to be- maybe one of the best post-MON?

I'm leaving at 1 as well. Missed the first 7 minutes on Tuesday and against Stoke because they shut the M6.

Will this be sold out? I know the Holte is, haven't heard anything about the other stands.

Today does feel different- even setting out on Tuesday night- the hope I held was offset by the expectation of capitulation if we went one down. Tuesday changed things a lot- today I know we will go for it, doesn't mean we'll beat them of course but it it great travelling and knowing that there is clearly a different attitude.
