So it appears pretty clear already that Sherwood doesn't rate Sanchez or Gil.

Perhaps they're having a problem understanding Sherwood's accent when he's on the training ground

Gabby and the Zog starting instead of Benny and Clive........?

Cheers Tim
They're players he's seen on the telly before, innit.

Doesn't matter what those players who played in foreign did, it's not the same as the Premier is it?

I want to cancel my earlier prediction. We will now not get the lucky deflection off a beach ball. 0:3

My only hope is that he's managed to locate a good player that has a uncanny resemblance to n'zogbia

My confidence in us scoring has dissipated. I pray Sherwood has found some magic dust to transform Gabby and N'Zogbia into footballers. Even for one night.
He didn't find any magic dust but he did find Matthew Kelly lurking around Villa Park

"Tonight Gabby and  N'Zogbia You are going to be Professional Footballers"

I wonder if his "watching videos" of us, went as far back as that 2-2 against West Brom a couple of seasons ago when Gabby was good and N'Zogbia had his best game for us.

What the hell has Sinclair done not to get a starting place?  That lineup doesn't fill me with hope either.  Think Bacuna is unlucky not to get more of a look in too.

No doubt they try really hard and give 110%

I've just mentally erased all the bad games from the last few years. It's left loads of space for other stuff.

He might for a bit, until he remembers that if we go down then he bears more responsibility for it than anybody else.

Which isn't going to help his future prospects.

Interestingly, a poll on the BBC web site on who's fault it is we're where we are has the Players in the lead when I saw it, closely followed by Lerner
