I reckon it will end 0-0 with the Boggies time wasting from the second minute.

0-1, last minute red card for us leading to them getting the winner from a free-kick.

Everything that could go wrong this season, has.

            Given
Hutton Okore Clark Lowton
           Sanchez
Westwood Delph Gil
       Benteke   Sinclair

Okore was really poor on Saturday I thought. Hull and Arsenal too and has been at fault for a good few goals of late. Maybe time to give Vlaar a chance to make up for his horror show against Stoke.

Agreed on Given coming back in, Guzan's form has slipped beyond a blip.

As I say every week I'd have Bacuna in the side. Maybe he gets better with every game he doesn't play but for set pieces alone he is handy.

For some reason I think Sherwood might bring Nzogbia back in

We will go out all guns blazing and win 3-1.

Benteke will score a header in the second half, before 55 mins. West Brom will bounce back ala Partridge and sneak a goal from a cross thanks to a defensive error. Carles Gil will then pull the strings and provide Big Ben with an assist. Baggies become frustrated and give away a penalty in the last ten minutes. Benteke completes his hat trick and all is well.

Trust me  8)

Looks to me like we're going down. 2 wins in a week against the boggies would be lovely, but the writing looks to be on the wall now.

Wasn't sure where to post this, but if, like me, you go home via the M6/M5 there are roadworks on the M6 from J7 to J10 this month meaning closure of the M6 at J7 between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Diversions from J7 are via West Brom to M5 J1, but think I'll avoid the M6 and cut across to the Soho Rd. Full details here

2-1 win. Delph and Benteke goals. Gargoyle late on for them. And a red card somewhere. Probably Benteke.

Baggies + Pulis = purgatory, any scrape-a-last-minute-OG win would do.

We're almost definitely going to get a significantly lower turnout for this than the cup game which annoys me to no end, but either way we should get a good atmosphere and hopefully we'll see them off. It's on my Birthday so surely that means something?

Please Villa, Please.

It probably means that your birthday will be spoilt....

Yep, I thought my birthday would mean something before we got dicked 4-1 by Coventry at home one year.
