Presumably Albion are still bringing their 10,000 fans they said they would.
That's just them on the coaches. Some of them started walking straight after yesterday's game
There's already a considerable encampment of Stripeys in Aston Park.
Singing round the campfire with stories of how Jeff ruled the world and Ally tamed the Gifted Devil Cropley...by means fair or foul.

if shes gone in past im guessing she has a client ref, as far as im awear tickets are now sale to anyone with a booking history.
Take your ticket back & get 2 together.
Cant see the problem .
She went to the Charlton game in 2006 and the Bolton game in 2008. I bought two tickets, from my account each time.

Why would she have a reference?

Who is the club thinking I would be buying a second ticket for that shouldn't be attending the match on Saturday?

The club have made it plain for yonks that people have their own individual client references. Pretty much every page of the OS that is about booking tickets says about using individual refs to build up booking history. And now folks know why.
Unless it's for a nipper, i'm not fussed at all that someone who has gone so rarely that they don't have a client reference will miss that game.

If theres 100s/1000s of tickets left come Friday afternoon I would go as far to say you would definitly be sold 2 over the counter as long as youve a client ref .

If you really want to go youll get a ticket if its not sold out

This is what is on pretty much every ticket page, if not every page. *i'm too lazy to look at more than a couple!

It is a maximum of six seats per booking - and remember to supply one client reference per seat to build up your booking history.

Dave - have you tried phoning the ticket office? I did and they set up a reference for my daughter who's going with me while I was on the phone because she's been with me to the Bournemouth and Leicester games.

It looks like no tickets are going on general sale which I think is a mistake because it doesn't look like it will sell out using booking history as a criteria.

Even if he set up a reference, they specifically require a 'varied booking history' to obtain a ticket.

By my reckoning were at about 37500 at the moment looking at select a seat so I reckon with steady sales this week we'll get to 39k.

Think a few will buy before or after tomorrow's game so will be amazed if it does not hit 40k......unless we get hammered of course !

An open letter of invitation to ALL Villa fans from BRIGADA 1874

"As with the previous FA Cup games against Blackpool, Bournemouth and Leicester in the FA Cup, Brigada 1874 will be in L7 of the Holte End for the FA Cup 6th round match against West Brom.

While a bit more difficult to buy a block of tickets due to the demand of the derby game in the Holte, it yet again gives the group a chance to stand together as a block and also for other supporters to come over and get involved. It was great to see an ever increasing number of fans come and join us for the previous rounds and create a solid atmosphere throughout.

There are a few single tickets littered around L7 of the Holte for anybody who still wants to join in. We’re on the left side towards the front of L7, around rows F – H, seats 200 – 210.

As with previous matches in the FA Cup run we’ll have a display planned for the game and hope to have the section making a racket throughout the game.

It’s great to see how these sections have grown throughout the cup run and it’s a really positive indication of what influence a permanent group section would have at games. It also makes going to the game more much more enjoyable regardless of what is happening on the pitch.

Next season we hope to have a permanent section of the size we’ve seen at the FA Cup games, this would lead to a massive improvement in the atmosphere at Villa Park and give the group the platform from which to grow and plan larger displays in the Holte End.

Love it, they have indeed been excellent during the cup games. This sort of organised support is exactly what we need at Villa, long may it continue.
