He will go at the next break IMO. Will give us 10 days or so to handover. I don't want a cheap and cheerful bloke who is available please. Get us someone who is successful and already at a club. Not Tiny Penis though. He's a c***.

That's a good educated guess/shout purely because there's the 2 matches after Swansea are televised live in UK sky sports v spurs mnf and super Sunday against man city.
Unfortunately if Tim is In charge he ll have a field day with the sky sports coverage with those matches.
They will also be matches televised and shown gloably. Fails there and that's it.  Expecting two defeats then that's definitely it. Though conceivability  of a 0/1point from next 2 matches would see him gone say november 3rd after a spurs loss.
The Monday night match v Spurs is only premier league game that day of course and the last
This would mean a chance for a big media weak and new manager moyes in for that super Sunday match v man city on Sunday 8th November.

But it could be this Sunday or Monday  he's out if anything really unacceptable happens on Saturday.
Sherwood lucky Newcastle and Sunderland play each other in some ways as they both cant win. But villa could be bottom which means he's out and media , club and everyone gets the  the run up to the Monday night game.

So for me though no smoke without fire and two games Tim means Swansea is his last if there is no win. By the time Sunday 8th comes around villa could be bottom and if that's the case there's either a new manager or will be in during the break like you say.
I just not sure they want to humiliate the club by leaving that long.

It all depends on the result and if bad, the crowd reaction.
Sadly it takes a tide of emotion to get any one sacked by our regime, but one thing they know is once the crowd turns there is no going back.

I've been away for a few days...I can see he hasn't been sacked yet, so what has the gobby fucktard been saying via media channels in the last 48hrs?

Posted elsewhere, but a damning assessment of Sherwood made before he joined us.
And spookily accurate.

Fucking Hell - does that bloke have this week's lottery numbers?
That is one hell of a piece of foresight. That could been written today from someone within the club at close hand, not back in February.

It's hardly foresight.

It's it a list of all the things that he did wrong at Spurs. Which were pretty evident from when he did them all wrong with Spurs.
I must admit I didn't really pay that much attention to the ongoings at Spurs at the time.
I knew he was not the most popular of choices on this site when we appointed him, but I didn't really know why other than a lack of experience and him being a bit of a cocky so and so.

It's worrying that if it is common knowledge about him leaking things to the press and what he did with AVB why we went anywhere near him, or WBA for that matter.

I posted this article in February, just after it was confirmed we had approached him. I was adamant then that I didn't want him and I can stand by that now.

My posts in February said we needed to go Continental and get a manager to take the club by the scruff of the neck.
I wanted Beisla or Prandelli At the start of the year, and still stand by that.

Aye. Not to take away from Sherwood keeping us up (which I do respect) this is what we needed then and it is what we need now.

Do those that want him out want us to lose on Saturday to get their way? or is he already a dead man walking?

Of course not.

It would be fantastic if he could prove everybody wrong and embark on a five match winning run, making himself unsackable.

It's just that it's not going to happen.

I think the only way Sherwood will keep his job is if we do go and win 5 on the bounce.

Or the Lambert way of winning one or two every so often to give yourself a bit of breathing space.

2 wins and 7 defeats (1 draw) from 10 games is still sackable.

I can't see him making it through the next four games unscathed. I have a feeling that the reports of two games to save his job prior to the Chelsea game were a bit premature though.
